Southern Oaks Inn - Saint Augustine

We enjoyed the hotel, just what we needed. The setting was wonderful, very close to beaches, downtown & attractions and the restaurant.

Thanks all for a lovely stay for the Christmas holiday. I greatly enjoyed the room, it was updated, had good bed and amazing bathroom. It exceeded high expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and efficient and the location was unbeatable close to St Augustine downtown.

No reason to complain, thanks a lot for a great stay. Clean, cute hotel, there was a good foyer. The location was favourable, relatively near Historic st Augustine. Moreover, there was a lake within 10 mins walk from the venue.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with friendly atmosphere, ideal for what we needed. The venue was in the central setting to the old town trolley.

Quirky and clean hotel, the staff who served us were pleasant, and it had decent location right at the intersection. The breakfast was exceptionally good with real eggs plus the usual fare and had plenty of food.

The room was reasonably large and most important — updated. The hotel was in a central location close to attractions. A huge variety of food options not far from the venue. My stay was really nice here.

Quaint property with a very clean pool. Easy check out.

Overall, it's nice base for exploring St. Augustine attractions. There's Schooner's Seafood House within 20 minutes walk or so, appreciated their menu.

Excellent location for our visit to Historic District at walking distance from the hotel.

Everything was good here - decent staff and stocked rooms. Its location was central, an easy walk to Old Florida Museum. Our breakfast was delicious and savoury, included bacon and pancakes.

The room we had included cable programming, a sitting area and a writing table. We had a private bathroom. Location : the hotel was short walk to historic district. Unique base for a 2-night stay.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The food was superb, I liked bacon and pancakes for breakfast. It was in a central location, to old town.

Cold bathroom, Wi-Fi signal was very weak, we were a little disappointed.

Warm staff and excellent breakfast with plenty of options. Exceptionally good view of gulf. Speedy check-in, late check-out.

The hotel is pretty and fairly clean, everything is great.

The place was low budget, no complains at all, would definitely recommend. The property seemed fairly clean and the room was large. The venue had excellant staff who made the stay really really nice! Rooms with a nice size television. There were great pancakes and bacon in the morning. Central location, not too far away from fort mose.

Hotel was exceptionally clean and staff was accommodating. The room was reasonably priced. Exceptional location, 10 minutes' walk to a compact prison. Appreciated our stay at this famous property, it was good.

The room was lovely, early check-in. Breakfast with real eggs and bacon and pancakes. Lovely foyer. Besides, we parked the car on-site.

Room was brand-new, staff was outstandingly accommodating, and hotel's location was incredibly comfortable. So many excellent options for breakfast, such as pancakes and bacon. I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Generally the service was excellent.

Good location, modest room, bright bathroom. Breakfast was so superb, though I didn't expect to enjoy it! I liked the breathtaking location. What's more, it was so close to - St Augustine and all the local attractions.

The whole experience was very nice from start to finish, would recommend. Staff was amenable, room was sufficiently clean, continental breakfast was good hot. The airport was 0.5 miles away from here, prime location. Liked WiFi, flat-screen TV and terrace in the room. Had complimentary coffee and tea in the Irish bar.

It's a spotless and funky hotel with glamorous rooms and terrific staff.

Wonderful overall experience. Location was marvellous, I greatly enjoyed gracious staff and cozy rooms. Generally everything was fine, even so the bathroom was very dated. It offered delicious continental breakfast with several selections every day.

If going to St. Augustine one more time I ca n't wait to go back. Warm rooms, nice service. Great restaurant and extremely accommodating staff. Romantic view, a great balcony, soft bed, too.

Special experience, really great area, pet-friendly rooms. This budget hotel was in central location. We liked El Potro located just a pleasant stroll away from the property, had dinner there.

I truly enjoyed spending my time in this place, it was AMAZING! Lovely property, overall clean, great service and fair value. The beds were great, I slept well.

Functional room, comfy bed, SUPER breakfast! I got free upgrade and loved it. Walking distance to stores and a pharmacy across the street.

Dog friendly rooms, polite staff and very tranquil location. Reasonably spacious suite and comfy bed. They made my stay pleasant. I loved the very tasty food in the hotel. Outstanding services were available. Plus their wifi was consistent.

Hotel's right by main attractions like flagler college. Location was quite great. The possibility to swim in a pool. We enjoyed staying at southern oaks inn❤
